Product pages
See a product's pictures, IDs, price and stock, and build an order for it.
Every product has its own page with everything the supplier says about it. Use it to check the details before you buy, and to order the product for one or several locations at once.
Open a product page
- In the Catalog, press a product's picture.
- In your cart, press the picture or the name of a line.
At the top of the page you see the supplier whose listing this is, and the location the page is pricing for. The same product can be sold by several suppliers, each with its own page, price and stock, so check the supplier name under the product name before you order.
Pictures and details
The left side of the page is the product itself.
- Pictures. The small pictures show the product and its packaging. Press the big picture to enlarge it, and use the arrows to move between pictures. Press Escape or the X to close.
- Details. Brand, Wren ID, Manufacturer ID and UNSPSC identify the product. The copy button beside an ID copies it, ready to paste into an email or a search box.
- Description. The supplier's own text about the product. Extra details from the supplier, such as category and packaging, are listed in rows under the IDs.
Price and stock
The price shown is what your account pays at the selected location, for the first pack the supplier lists. Each pack has its own price, which you see when you choose it in the order lines.
The small round icon beside the price tells you where the price came from and how recent it is. Rest the pointer on it to read the details: green means the price was updated within the last day, amber means it is older. View Product Data, under the price, opens the product's price history. The stock chip is the supplier's answer for your location:

|---|---|
| In Stock | The supplier has it, sometimes with a count. |
| Low Stock | The supplier has some, but not many. |
| Ships by a date | None now, more promised by that day. |
| Backordered | None now, no promised date. |
| Out of Stock | The supplier cannot supply it now. |
| Unknown Stock | The supplier gave no answer. |
Wren still lets you add any of these to a cart. The decision is yours.
Build an order for the product
Each line under Select Shipment is one location, one unit and one quantity.
- Choose the location. Each location is shown with its account number with this supplier.
- Choose the unit of measure. Until you pick one, the field reads Select UOMs. Each unit is listed with its price.
- Set the quantity with - and +. The line's Subtotal updates as you go.
- To send the same product to another location, or to order it in a second unit, press Add Shipment Location and fill in the new line.
- Check the Total, then press the big button, named for your cart, such as Add to Default.
Wren adds every line to the cart and takes you back to where you came from. To remove an extra line before adding, press the bin at its top right.
Choose or start a cart
The cart button beside the big button chooses which cart receives the lines. In Select Which Cart To Add Items To, pick Default Cart or any saved cart and press Switch, or choose Create a new cart, enter the Name of the cart and press Save.
