Your inventory
See what you hold of every product, at each location, with its lots and its soonest expiry.
Inventory keeps your counts by product, location and lot, so you can tell what needs ordering without walking the supply room first. Open it from Inventory in the sidebar.
How stock gets into Wren
You do not have to type your stock in. When you mark a delivery as received, each item is added to your inventory with the lot number, expiry date and quantity you confirm. It shows up as a new lot on the item's page and as an Add entry in its log. See Receive a delivery.
Read the table
Each row is one product at one location, so an item you keep at two sites appears twice, once for each. A row shows:

| Wren ID | Wren's own code for the product. |
| QTY available | How many you hold at that location. |
| Number of lots | How many lots that stock comes in. |
| Soonest exp. date | The earliest expiry among the item's lots. |
| Last updated | When the stock last changed. |
A Soonest exp. date within the next 30 days is shown in bold red, so stock that is about to expire stands out.
The bottom of the table says Total and the number of rows. The table loads more rows as you scroll down.
Find an item
- Search: type in Search Inventory and the table narrows as you type. The cross at the end of the box clears it.
- Filter: the filter button opens a card with two groups, Locations and Suppliers. Tick the ones you want, or Select All. Tick a location and a supplier and an item has to match both. Clear removes the ticks.
- Location: the location chosen at the top of the page decides which site's stock you are looking at.
Sort to see what is short
Click a column title to sort by it:
- Press QTY available to put the smallest counts first, so items that have run out or nearly run out are at the top.
- Press it again to turn the order around.
- Press it a third time to go back to the usual order, most recently changed first.
Soonest exp. date works the same way and puts what expires first at the top. Product name, Wren ID and Last updated sort too. Small arrows beside a title show which way it is sorted.
Open an item
Click a row to open the item's own page: where it is kept, every lot and when each expires, a log of each change, the orders it came on and how fast you use it. See Item details.
Enlarge the table
The button with two arrows at the right end of the search box opens the table over the whole screen. The cross at the top right takes you back.
