create your account sign up for wren with your email address or your google account, and verify your email. your wren account is your personal sign-in. once you have one, you can set up your practice or join a practice that has invited you. you can sign up with an email address and password, or with your google account. sign up with google open the wren sign-up page. press sign in with google. choose your google account and allow wren to use it. that's it: google has already confirmed your email address, so there is nothing to verify. sign up with your email open the wren sign-up page. enter your first name and last name. enter your work email. choose a password and type it again in confirm

set up approvals decide whether orders need a sign-off before they go to your suppliers, and how many. approvals let your practice check an order before any supplier sees it. when approvals are on, an order waits as pending review until it has collected the sign-offs your account asks for, and only then can it be sent. you choose how many approvals an order needs and who may give them. only account admins can change these settings. turn on approvals open account settings at the foot of the sidebar and choose company settings. scroll to account settings and find order settings. turn on require approvals. under number of approved reviews needed, press + or – to set how many approvals an order

switch between practices move between the practices you belong to, and set up another one. one wren sign-in can belong to several practices: a group with separate businesses, a manager who looks after more than one office, or a consultant who buys for several clients. you switch between them without signing out. carts, orders and inventory follow the practice you pick, so nothing gets mixed up. switch from the sidebar press your practice's name at the top of the sidebar. under recently entered accounts, choose the practice you want. wren opens that practice. its name now shows at the top of the sidebar, and everything you see belongs to it. not in the recent list? press view all accounts to
