Follow an order

Some orders matter more to you than others: a big restock, an urgent item, an order you are responsible for. The Watch button on an order lets you decide how much you hear about it, from every change down to only the essentials.

#Choose how you follow an order

1. Open the order from Orders.
2. Press Watch at the top of the order.
3. Pick one of the options below.

Wren saves your choice straight away and confirms with Watch preference updated.

#The options

Your choice applies to this one order. Every other order keeps its own setting.

#Pick your own events

Custom lets you choose exactly which events you want to hear about on this order.

1. Press Watch and choose Custom.
2. A window lists the events you can follow. Tick the ones you want and untick the ones you do not.
3. Press Apply to save, or Cancel to leave things as they were.

#When to use which

• Use All Activity on an order you are responsible for, so you hear about every change as it happens.
• Use Participating and @mentions for most orders, so you hear about what involves you without the rest.
• Use Ignore on an order that does not concern you.
• Use Custom when you care about some events, but not others.
