Order for several locations

If your practice has more than one location, each location buys under its own account with a supplier. Wren keeps those accounts apart, so every location gets its own prices, its own stock answer and its own order, while you shop from one place.

#How locations shape your shopping

• The location picker at the top of the Catalog decides whose prices and stock you see. Change it and the whole catalog follows.
• On a product page, the location shown at the top sets the page's price. Press it to see your locations connected to this supplier, each with its account number, and pick another.
• In the cart, items are grouped by location as well as by supplier, so you can see exactly what each site is getting.

#Order one product for several locations

The product page lets you send the same product to several locations in a single trip to the cart.

1. Open the product's page by pressing its picture in the Catalog.
2. Under Select Shipment, choose the first location, the unit and the quantity.
3. Press Add Shipment Location. A new line appears.
4. Choose the second location, its unit and its quantity.
5. Repeat for every location that needs the product.
6. Check the Total, then press the button named for your cart, such as Add to Default.

Each line has its own Subtotal, and the Total adds them all up. If you add a line by mistake, press the bin at its top right to take it out.

You can also use a second line for the same location in a different unit, for example a case for the main supply room and a box for a single room. A unit that another line already uses for the same location is left out of the list, so you never order it twice by accident.

#Shop from the Catalog for one location at a time

When you add from the Catalog with Add to Cart, the item goes to the location chosen at the top of the page. To fill carts for several locations from the Catalog:

1. Choose the first location at the top of the Catalog and add its items.
2. Switch the location picker to the next location.
3. Add that location's items.

Everything lands in the same cart, grouped by location.

#Check your cart before you order

Open your cart and press By Locations to see the items arranged by site. Each location shows its own items and subtotal in the Summary. When you press Order Now, Wren creates one order, and every supplier receives its own purchase order for its part. See The cart.
