The **Dashboard** is the first page you see after you sign in. It shows what is moving, what is waiting on somebody and what you stock, so you know where to start your day. Open it any time from **Dashboard** in the sidebar.

If **Open Approvals** is above zero and you are a reviewer, open **Orders** and press **Pending Review** to see what is waiting. See [Approve an order](/docs/orders/approve-an-order).

The **Inventory** card under the counters lists the items you stock. Under its title it says how many items there are. Each row shows:

A glance down the **Instock** column tells you what has run out, so you can reorder before a patient is waiting. Click a row to open that item's page, with its lots, log and **Reorder** button. See [Item details](/docs/inventory/item-details).

The card shows ten items at a time. The dots under the list move between pages. **View all**, at the top right of the card, opens **Inventory** with every item, where you can sort by **QTY available** to see the lowest counts first. See [Your inventory](/docs/inventory/your-inventory).

The counts on the dashboard are only as good as your scan outs. Record items as they are used, and the **Instock** column stays true. See [Use items (scan out)](/docs/inventory/use-items).

On the right is a card for your practice, with its name and type, its **Account Number** and its **Date Joined**.

Below it, **News & Tips** shows what is new in Wren and tips that can save you money. The list scrolls inside its card and brings in more tips as you reach the end.

your profile change your name, photo, email address and password. your profile is about you rather than your practice: the name and photo your team sees, the email you sign in with and your password. it follows you into every practice you belong to. open your profile press your name at the bottom of the sidebar. choose my profile. the settings page opens on account. the menu beside it also has billing & subscription, notifications and switch accounts. change your photo your profile photo shows next to your name in wren. under profile photo, press upload new image. choose an image of at least 300 × 300 pixels. press delete to remove your photo. change your name or email edit first name and la
